Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website at ceilingsrus.net, requesting a quote, scheduling a service, or engaging Ceilings R US for any work, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Services
Ceilings R US provides professional ceiling cleaning, maintenance, and related services for commercial and residential clients. The scope, pricing, and schedule of any specific service engagement will be outlined in a separate quote or service agreement provided to you.
Quotes and Estimates
All quotes are based on information provided at the time of request. Final pricing may be adjusted if actual conditions differ materially from what was described or observed during the initial assessment. Any changes will be communicated and agreed upon before additional work proceeds.
Scheduling and Access
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the service location at the agreed-upon time. If access is not available and we are not notified at least 24 hours in advance, a cancellation or trip fee may apply.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept payment by check, credit card, or electronic transfer as specified on your invoice.
- Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee.
- Returned checks may incur a returned check fee.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that schedules change. We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.
Satisfaction and Service Issues
If you are not satisfied with the work performed, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion. We will make every reasonable effort to address your concern promptly. Requests made after 48 hours may not qualify for a remedy or re-service.
Limitation of Liability
Ceilings R US will exercise reasonable care in performing all services. However, we are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage, deterioration, or conditions not visible or disclosed prior to service
- Damage caused by surfaces or materials that were not suited for cleaning or the agreed service method
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind
Our total liability in any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

By providing your phone number when requesting a quote or scheduling a service, you consent to receive automated and non-automated text messages from Ceilings R US regarding your appointment, service updates, and account activity. Message and data rates may apply.
